Product Manager

Mo Sabla joined the Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit (HIWU) as the product manager in October 2023. He is responsible for the product lifecycle for HIWU’s Horses Management application and the testing mobile application used by HIWU affiliates at racetracks.

Sabla also serves as the liaison between leadership, business, and software development and is responsible for implementing and improving upon current organizational processes, backlog management, and long-term vision of the product team, including but not limited to, Event-Log and Provisions. Additionally, in this role, he will prioritize the current state of HIWU Horses Management and create a foundational roadmap for the future state.

Prior to HIWU, Sabla was a senior business analyst at Arvest Bank, where he assisted and guided both web and mobile application development by gathering requirements and driving business-focused features. He was also a consultant specializing in software solution delivery at CORE BTS, where he worked with a number of clients by coaching agile methodologies, integrating as a product manager, scrum master, business analyst, and project manager for clients such as Kroger, Bridgestone, QPS Employment, and Quantum Health.

Sabla received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business organizational leadership from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
