Team member: Marcy Parker

In her new role, Parker utilizes her client relations experience to oversee track communication to support HIWU testing from start to finish and coordinate between HIWU staff, sample collection personnel, and laboratories. Additionally, Parker coordinates a 24-hour support line and oversees data entry, invoicing, and specimen tracking.

While working in the Healthcare Services department of DFSI, Parker served as a liaison between COVID testing companies and collectors at sites across the country and spearheaded a joint venture with the Texas Education Agency to provided staffing for COVID testing across Texas’ K-12 schools. She provided 24/7 on-call support for collectors, client representatives, and site coordinators.

Parker has a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Creighton University and a Master of Science degree in organizational development from Avila University. She is a former collegiate and semi-professional soccer player.
