Kitten Lee

Results Manager

Kitten Lee joined the Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit (HIWU) in November 2022 as testing results manager. This role follows three years as the executive assistant to the chief of Sport and Athlete Services at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee and 16 years at the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), for which her most recent role was results lead.

Lee will oversee test results management under the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority’s Anti-Doping and Medication Control (ADMC) Program, which will include processing test results, coordinating with testing laboratories, management of ADMC Program violations, and tracking sanctions. She will also collaborate with HIWU’s general counsel and litigation counsels on prosecuting alleged ADMC Program violations.

While with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, Lee led cross-functional partnerships with executive leadership. During her tenure at USADA, she successfully launched and oversaw the results management program for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and Professional Boxing.

Lee received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix.
