Jennifer German
Director of Product Management
Jennifer German is the Director of Product Management at Drug Free Sport International (DFSI), International Doping Tests & Management (IDTM), and the Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit (HIWU). She joined the organization as HIWU’s principal product manager in October 2024 after nearly a decade of product leadership experience at TreviPay.
In her expanded role, German leads the product management teams across DFSI, IDTM, and HIWU, working to align priorities, strengthen product practices, and drive accountability for adoption and ROI. She also builds scalable processes and introduces tools that improve roadmap visibility, backlog management, and release planning.
In her previous role with HIWU, German developed and launched customer-focused products, led user research, managed features and roadmaps, and identified opportunities to improve workflows across departments. Before that, she guided the development of automated fraud detection, credit evaluation, and risk management systems at TreviPay.
German continues to leverage her product vision, operational discipline, and user-centered approach to advance the product ecosystem forward.
